We usually ship the same day. You may choose next day delivery or through Porter at the checkout page Maximum time taken for all items to be shipped is within 15 days and should reach you within 21 days . We are inclined to provide items at the earliest and these are the maximum time taken.

Cancellation & Refunds


 

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support representative at 9311448585 or notify us by email to care@CostumeKart.com before we have dispatched the order to you.

• The costume must be returned to us in the condition it was dispatched and in a reusable or resalable condition.

• We charge the rent on per day basis and can forfeit the security in case of any delay. Rentals as may be discussed is minimum 50% of the purchase price. In case you wish to return the dress after one use, 50% is refunded.

• Faulty items must be reported to CostumeKart as soon as possible of receipt of goods.

• Upon receipt of the goods we will return the security amount.

• Due to personal hygiene teeth, contact lenses, facial hair, tights/stockings, eyelashes, face paint, panties, false nails cannot be returned.
